FREE GROUND SHIPPING (USPS, FedEx, UPS) ON ORDERS OVER US$75.00 to Continental USA (some restrictions apply). Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces - AA, Armed Forces - AE, Armed Forces - AP and international addresses do not qualify and must go via USPS Priority Mail. Every item includes a USPS delivery confirmation or a UPS tracking number automatically. Please keep in mind that Priority Mail (2-3 business days) is not guaranteed service. According to the U.S. Post Office, it normally takes 2-3 business days in transit. But, they do not guarantee this. Also, while we include Delivery Confirmation on all of our Priority Mail packages, this is not the same as tracking. The Post Office often does not update their website with the status of the package until after it is delivered and they cannot tell us where it is during transit. By law, any shipments containing aerosol products must be sent by Standard (Ground) shipping. International buyers please contact us for International Shipping Rates. For countries other than the USA, shipping is via Priority Mail international service. Delivery is usually in 4-10 business days.

Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 10 days of delivery in United States and 20 days of delivery in Canada and United Kingdom provided item is still unopened and factory sealed. Un-used products must be returned in their original box/packaging. Returns that are sent to us without their original box/package will be refused. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We will take no responsibility for un-insured returns that are lost by the returning carrier. Beauty 'N Perfume retains the right to levy a charge of 15% of the order value on cancelled orders to cover admin, and handling costs. No refund on shipping charges. If your order had free shipping we will deducted the shipping charges from your refund. This also applies to non collected items from the post office.

For all international shipments, jbpshop.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, asscoiated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA. International customers, please be aware that if your order is returned back by you, or because of your local customs policies via any carrier that results in postage costs, customs duties, taxes or fees being assessed to jbpshop.com, the amount of theses charges are in addition to your shipping charges and will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

Our secure checkout system using PayPal or Google Checkout secure 128-bit encryption coding, insures your peace of mind when it comes to security concerns. If paying by credit card, your credit card number is even hidden from us. There is not a more secure way to purchase online. Pay Pal Ltd and Google Checkout are two secure, online, real-time payment service providers, supporting all major credit and debit cards with the (major) US acquiring banks for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


Sales Tax
Since Just Beauty Products, Inc. (justbeautyproducts.com and its upgraded website version jbpshop.com)  is a Florida based company, sales tax in the amount of 6.5% is charged for any customer whose billing address is within Florida by state law. All other orders do not have sales tax.


Damaged, Lost or Stolen Orders and
All claims for damages must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Please send clear digital pictures of the damaged item to sales@jbpshop.com. Damages to shipments sent through priority mail must be taken to your local post office and a claim filed. The USPS requires all packaging and damaged contents to start a claim.

jbpshop.com cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been delivered by postal carrier to your address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are sent to a secure location, such as a PO Box, a place of residence where someone is home to accept the package, or a place of employment where someone is there to accept the package.

No refunds or credits will be given for lost or stolen orders. For this reason, jbpshop.com uses delivery confirmation as the method of traceable shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number via email confirmation after your order has left our warehouse. You will then be able to track your order.

Most of our products are for professional use and can only be guaranteed by use of a professional hair dresser. Use At your own Risk. We cannot be responsible for error made by non-professionals.


Pricing
We make every effort to make sure the price you see online is the correct price. Occasionally, there may be instances where the price on a product does not reflect the true price of the item. If there is a price error we will contact the customers that placed the orders and we will offer them the product at the true price.
